Pour un achat \u00e0 usage personnel, trois facteurs cl\u00e9s sont \u00e0 retenir\u00a0: la vitamine D3 est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus efficace que la vitamine D2, les valeurs nutritionnelles de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (VNR) indiqu\u00e9es sur l&#039;emballage ne constituent pas un guide pratique fiable, et les tr\u00e8s fortes doses rel\u00e8vent d&#039;une autre cat\u00e9gorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamine D2 ou D3 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p data-no-translation>Sur les \u00e9tiquettes, on voit surtout deux formes. La vitamine D2, aussi appel\u00e9e ergocalcif\u00e9rol, est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou fongique. La vitamine D3, ou <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalstoday.com\/fr\/sante\/en-quoi-le-cholecalciferol-et-le-calcifediol-different-ils\/\">chol\u00e9calcif\u00e9rol<\/a>, est la forme que l\u2019organisme produit avec l\u2019exposition solaire et elle provient le plus souvent de la lanoline, m\u00eame s\u2019il existe aussi des options issues des lichens.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diff\u00e9rence ne r\u00e9side pas dans l&#039;inutilit\u00e9 de la vitamine D2. Pour la vitamine D, l\u2019\u00e9tiquetage europ\u00e9en utilise encore 5 \u00b5g comme valeur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, si bien qu\u2019un produit apportant 100 \u00b5g peut afficher 2000 % de la VNR et sembler beaucoup plus extr\u00eame qu\u2019il ne l\u2019est r\u00e9ellement.<\/p>\n<p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n<p data-no-translation>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/2017_09_DRVs_summary_report.pdf\">EFSA<\/a> fixe un apport ad\u00e9quat de 600 UI (15 \u00b5g) par jour lorsque la synth\u00e8se cutan\u00e9e est minimale.
